Event styling services for celebrations in the Netherlands are customized and time-sensitive. The following cancellation terms apply to all styling packages including birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, small weddings, and corporate events:

Modifications to confirmed event styling bookings may be accommodated based on availability and vendor commitments. Changes to styling preferences, guest count, or event details requested less than 14 days before the event may incur additional fees. Modifications must be communicated in writing.
A deposit is required to secure your event date for styling services in the Netherlands. The deposit amount will be specified in your service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the event. Deposit amounts vary based on the styling package selected.
In cases of force majeure events beyond our control affecting events in the Netherlands (natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closures, or other circumstances that prevent event styling services from being provided), we will work with clients to reschedule event styling services or provide appropriate refunds based on the circumstances. Dutch law regarding force majeure applies to all event styling service agreements.
Refunds for event styling services, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. All refunds are processed in Euros (EUR) as our event styling services operate within the Netherlands. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution and location. Refunds for event styling deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation terms outlined in your service agreement.
If you need to postpone your event styling service in the Netherlands, we will work with you to find an alternative date that accommodates both your schedule and our availability. Postponements are subject to availability of our event styling team, vendor commitments, and seasonal considerations. Postponements requested more than 30 days in advance may be accommodated without additional fees, while shorter notice postponements may require a new service agreement and additional coordination fees. All postponements must be confirmed in writing.
If you have concerns about the quality of our event styling services, decoration setup, table styling, floral arrangements, or party organization, please contact us within 48 hours of your event completion. We will review your concerns regarding the event styling services provided in the Netherlands and work to resolve any issues. This may include adjustments to future services, partial refunds, or other remedies as appropriate. All quality concerns must be documented with photographs when possible.
