These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Fitnessecodetoxi website and event styling services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Fitnessecodetoxi operates as an event styling and small party organization service based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Fitnessecodetoxi provides comprehensive event styling services for small celebrations throughout the Netherlands, including birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, small weddings and elopements, corporate mini-events, and home and garden parties. Our services include table styling, floral design, decoration setup, and full event coordination for intimate celebrations.
Event styling services in the Netherlands are subject to availability. A consultation is required before booking to discuss your celebration vision, styling preferences, and event details. Payment terms will be discussed during the consultation process. A deposit may be required to secure your event date. All prices are in Euros (EUR) and applicable to events within the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify event styling services, pricing, or packages based on availability, seasonal considerations, or changes in Dutch market conditions. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance. Modifications to confirmed event styling bookings, including changes to styling packages, decoration requirements, or event locations within the Netherlands, may be subject to additional fees. All modifications must be agreed upon in writing.
All design concepts, styling plans, decoration layouts, floral arrangements, table styling concepts, and creative work developed for your event in the Netherlands remain the intellectual property of Fitnessecodetoxi unless otherwise agreed in writing. This includes but is not limited to event styling themes, color schemes, decoration designs, and party organization concepts. Clients may not reproduce, photograph for commercial use, or use our event styling designs for other purposes without written permission. Personal event photography is permitted for private use only.
Fitnessecodetoxi is not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions affecting outdoor events in the Netherlands, venue restrictions, third-party vendor issues, or force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the value of the styling services provided.
Cancellation terms will be specified in your event styling service agreement. Generally, cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to fees. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information about cancellation and refund policies for event styling services.
